Shipping Policy – Saalvi by Kaarigar
At Saalvi by Kaarigar, we strive to ensure your handcrafted footwear reaches you in perfect condition and within a reasonable time frame.

Processing Time:
We make every effort to ship each item in your order within 7–8 working days. However, in certain cases, processing may take up to 10 working days, especially for made-to-order or customized items. -
Shipping Days:
Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. -
Single Shipping Address per Order:
Each order can be shipped to one destination address only. If you wish to deliver products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. -
Shipping Partners:
To ensure timely delivery and the safety of your order, we only partner with reputed and reliable courier services. -
Partial Shipments:
While we aim to ship all items in your order together, some items may be shipped separately due to product availability or specific characteristics.

Saalvi by Kaarigar products are available only for the articles shown as “in stock” on our official website.
Please note that all orders once placed and paid for are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations by the Customer – Saalvi by Kaarigar
Once an order is placed on www.saalvi.com, cancellations are not permitted, either in full or in part.
However, you may exchange the merchandise under the following conditions:
- The item must be in unused, resellable condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Made-to-order items and personal hygiene products (such as socks) are not eligible for exchange.

Return / Replacement Policy
As our all shoes are made to order we exchange the shoes we dont do refunds for any purchase. Only Exchange
Goods are returned at the customer's expense for the exchange. For the exchange one side customer will bear the expense of courier and one side we will bear the courier charges for the exchange

Eligibility for Return/Replacement
- You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of invoice.

- Clean
- In its original condition and packaging
- The original invoice must be retained and presented at the time of exchange.

Please ensure that the product is packed in the same packaging it was delivered in before returning it for inspection.

- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product(s).
- All refunds are issued in the form of gift cards or coupon codes equivalent to the product value.
- These gift cards/codes carry unlimited validity and can be redeemed at your convenience.
