Domestic Shipping (India)

 

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • Orders are shipped within 5 working days for in-stock products.
  • We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Each order can be shipped to one destination only. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

 

International Shipping
         

  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout and borne by the customer.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination and customs processing.
  • We make custom shoes on order and dispatch them within 7 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 business days with our shipping partners

Once your bespoke design is submitted, our master kaarigars begin the meticulous handcrafting process.

  • We’ll keep you informed with real-time updates on your custom pair.
  • You’ll be notified as soon as your order is complete and ready to dispatch.

Shipping Assurance & Damaged Package Policy

 

To ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely, we ship only through reputed and trusted courier partners.

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If you notice that the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged, or if you believe the product may be compromised:

Shipping Charges
We don't charge extra to ship products within India.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Important Note:
COD is only available within India.
20% advance will be charged and the remaining amount will be processed as COD. Our team will connect with you on Whatsapp for the advance amount.


Delivery times & partner
We use premium courier partners such as TRACK ON & DHL for our domestic & international deliveries. We can usually delivery domestic orders in 5-7 business days and international orders in 8-10 business days. It may take up to 10-15 business days to deliver products to remote locations.

Duties
Orders to countries outside the India may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a delivery duty unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Product Availability
We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. The foregoing notwithstanding, some of our products are produced in limited edition or capsule collections and accordingly, some products may become unavailable without prior notice. Saalvi does not guarantee the availability of any product or style to its customers. In the event an order is placed for a product which is not available, you will be notified by customer service.

No delivery on Public Holidays
Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges payable by the recipient and you may be requested to pay duty charges prior to exportation of your order by our Delivery agent.
