We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any handcrafted shoes you have ordered from SAALVI BY KAARIGAR The return / replacement / refund policy is customer friendly so that you will feel more comfortable in making online buying decision. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can replace any merchandise bought from Saalvi By Kaarigar within 7 days from the original date of invoice, provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging. 
 As our all shoes are made to order we exchange the shoes we dont do refunds for any purchase. Only Exchange 

 Goods are returned at the customer's expense for the exchange. For the exchange one side customer will bear the expense of courier and one side we will bear the courier charges for the exchange 
Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to be produced while getting your product exchanged. If you prefer to return/replace the products by courier send us a mail at saalvibykaarigar@gmail.com, specifying the reason for return/ replacement. Please mention your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. Please return to us the unused merchandise in original packing (Same packaging in which the merchandise was sent to you) for inspection. Refunds are processed in 15 days in the form of gift cards or coupon codes of the same amount with an unlimited validity for redeeming.
