Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Saalvi by Kaarigar, we take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition and within the committed timeline. Please read below for detailed information on our shipping practices.

Shipping Within India

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
  • Dispatch Time: In-stock products are shipped within 5 working days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Most domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the location.
  • Shipping Partners: We work with reputed courier services like Shree Maruti Courier Bluedart and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Order Address: Each order can be shipped to one destination only. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: For deliveries outside India, shipping costs are borne by the customer and calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Timeline: International orders are usually delivered within 8–10 business days. Remote locations may take 10–15 business days.
  • Courier Partner: We partner with DHL and other premium logistics providers for secure and prompt international shipping.
  • Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied by the destination country.
    • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
    • Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
    • You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.

Once your custom design is submitted, our master craftsmen begin the meticulous handcrafting process.

  • We’ll provide real-time updates on the progress of your bespoke pair—just reach out to us.
  • You’ll be notified as soon as your custom order is ready to be shipped.

Packaging & Delivery Issues

We take the utmost care in packaging your products securely.

  • All shipments include a tax invoice as per Indian regulations.
  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately at:
