Refund Policy
We need to be notified within 2 business days after the delivery of the shoes. Refund is only given as a store credit or Exchange as all shoes are made on order.
No Refunds Only Exchange
As our all shoes are made to order we exchange the shoes we dont do refunds for any purchase. Only Exchange
Goods are returned at the customer's expense for the exchange. For the exchange one side customer will bear the expense of courier and one side we will bear the courier charges for the exchange
Order Onces Placed Can't Be Canceled
Please note that the shoes can be Exchange only in the following conditions:
Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the sole of the shoe or on the upper
It should be packed in the original packaging the way it reached you.
For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages. The replacement of the shoes takes 1-2 weeks (subject to availability), we will always do our best to expedite the replacement.
If the shoe does not qualify for the exchange/ refund conditions as mentioned above, the customer will be liable to pay two way shipping and handling charges.
All damages on arrival issue should be reported within 48 hours along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.
Note: Any Sale/Lucky size item cannot be refunded. Also any Custom made/Bespoke order can also not be refunded.
